Gene Sese is a seasoned leader with extensive expertise in healthcare operations, customer service, and business strategy. With over 12 years of combined experience at AT&T and Amazon, he has developed a strong track record in learning and development, continuous improvement, risk management, quality assurance, and data analytics. His leadership has supported programs delivering complex care services, encompassing sales, billing, and technical support.

Gene holds a Master of Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Lister. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, Inc., the teaching institution of the oldest hospital in the Philippines. Graduating top three in his batch, he was a scholarship recipient and received multiple leadership, service, and academic awards.

With a strong foundation in both business and healthcare, Gene seamlessly integrates strategic vision with operational excellence to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth in GetMaple’s patient care operations.
